On 04 June, 2012 there was a workshop in Education faculty for female students. The workshop started with a short introduction and proceeded towards project description and its goals.
The following were the topics discussed in the workshop:
How to decrease or eradicate corruption?
How can we quicken our efforts to stimulate youth in fight against corruption?
What are the main causes of corruption in the University?
Our roles in corruption elimination!
We were provided the following ideas for a successful combat against corruption:
First, a government needs to put in place a solid set of preventive tools. Codes of Conduct and strong independent oversight bodies can help ensure that the acceptable standards of behavior are respected in both the private and public sector. Political leaders in all branches of government, legislative and judiciary can be required to have transparency in their own financial dealings through asset disclosure for themselves and their family members.
